Rental POLICIES

Rent to Buy
If you would like to rent a piano for six months or longer, we offer both grands and uprights. With a long term rental, we require first months rent, two months security deposit and round trip moving costs due at signing. Our long-term rental option lets you apply the first 12 months of your rental fees towards the purchase of any piano from our store. In addition, one free tuning is provided for a long-term rental.

Buy Back
If you are concerned about your long term needs for a piano, we have a policy to buy back the piano purchased from us for any piano sold over $5,000. Within 1 year of delivery we will buy back the piano for 70% of what was paid,  less any damages and current moving fees. Within 2 years of delivery we will buy back the piano for 60% of what was paid,  less any damages and current moving fees. Within 3 years of delivery we will buy back the piano for 50% of the purchase price, less any damages and current moving fees.

Upgrade
Within 5 years of delivery for any purchase, you can upgrade your piano to one with twice the value or more with 100% trade in value.
